The new lady in the front was a little uppidy and anxious in the wrong way yet got what I needed, she didn't mean to be... But she was... Overall tho 4 stars, got what I needed done and they even saved an extra screen for me. Aside from her micro attitude, this shop does great business and I'll keep using them for my screen exposure needs , customers are you best friend greet then as such , don't ever assume someone doesn't know what they are doing
