*****'s was hired to replace drain pipe under the house that was leaking. I was told the job would take 4-5 days and cost $4500 because of all the digging that would have to be done. On the second day, they told me the second bathroom drain was bad and needed to be replaced (cost more) because more digging. They then told me that they could leave the new drain on top of the ground (saving all that time digging - now 8 to 10 days). After only three days they completed (?) the job. Worst customer service from a service company that I have experienced in a very long time. Tech did as little as possible and even though I paid for an hour, I received 15 min of help and after requesting to run a snake from roof to yard and to fix an inside part to a toilet, would not do so without another hour charge. Will NEVER use this company again!!
