They were contacted by my car insurance's roadside assistance program to come help me with a flat tire. The ETA they gave me was 6:44. At 7:15 had still not arrived so I called them. The very nice lady who answere apologized, explained that he was a new guy (she described him as heavy set and slow and said she wishes he worked faster) and that he had just finished up the call before mine and that he was about 15 minutes out. They NEVER showed tonight and despite having my phone number, NEVER called me. I waited at the entrance of the parking lot looking through the lobby windows of the building maybe 20 feet away for the truck to drive by and it never did. I don't know where the guy went to, but he NEVER came to my address. THEN. I learned he canceled the call because he couldn't find the building, the parking lot, or the car.
