I give RANDY KRAUS & Randy’s Reliable Auto Service 5 stars! My son and I were traveling from Atlanta to Knoxville when the car broke down. Randy personally researched and ran a battery of tests to determine the problem. He stayed in contact with us each step of the way and we were treated with kindness and genuine home town hospitality. I really don't know where to start. This guy is amazing! I am able to contact him about issues on my car and within less than 24 hours and sometimes near 12 hours, he is able to fix my car problems at an affordable rate. I feel so fortunate to have such an amazing mechanic so close to me that can fix my car with no hassle at all. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family and will take my cars to him as long as he allows me to! Thank you again for everything Randy! See you soon!
