Called yesterday to explain that the muffler on my car had fallen off (pipe connecting to it had rusted and snapped). Randy had me come out to look it over, and he gave me an estimate and scheduled me to come in the next morning. I showed up about 15 minutes early, but he took me right in and fixed the issue within 20 minutes for a price cheaper than he originally quoted me. Great service. Highly recommend.
