This is the worst non-professional plumber I've ever done business with, he is rude and very disrespectful to his customers. I had work done but the problem was not fixed, it is still leaking in the wall. He charged me $250. to put a plastic faucet on my bathtub and still didn't fix the leak, the shower head is leaking in tge wall. I've had to hire a reputable plumber to fix the problem, which is an extra expense. Use him at your own risk, I will be reportinghim to BBB. I called James at Randys and he came over in 15 minutes. He fixed my problem in no time and the price was reasonable $65. It was a holiday week and we had the water shut off so we appreciated his service

Doesn't answer phone at all. He came for a check on the Flood Stop alarm system and when he left, nothing worked. Called him to come out again and said he’d come on Wednesday. Well Wednesday came and went with nothing. We finally got through on Friday afternoon and he’s promised to come out again. Wouldn’t even acknowledge the fact that he ghosted us on Wednesday.
