Doesn't answer phone at all. He came for a check on the Flood Stop alarm system and when he left, nothing worked. Called him to come out again and said he’d come on Wednesday. Well Wednesday came and went with nothing. We finally got through on Friday afternoon and he’s promised to come out again. Wouldn’t even acknowledge the fact that he ghosted us on Wednesday.
Never came twice to fix a problem from a water heater install. Voicemail is always full. Very unfortunate.
Witnessed a company vehicle flying in the school zone where kids cross the street. Do better.
