We got a flat on a Sunday, at night, I called and got a quick answer and he was there in about 30 minutes with the correct tire size. He sent pictures showing the correct size he had before even showing up. He changed the tire in very little time. We were back on the road in very little time. I've gotten oil changes that have taken longer.
I left vm for a repair I needed and didn't get a reply for 10 days.
