Randy's is great to work with. Randy is very knowledgeable. His response time for an appointment request was great. I called one day to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out the following morning to resolve my issue. He doesn't suggest unnecessary repairs just to sell you new products. The office staff is also very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
They were great! Updated me constantly on arrival times and part availabilities. Very knowledgeable, but also transparent when they needed to talk with a manufacturer to get more info. Professional, friendly, reliable service.
