Called to have a routine furnace check and they answered right away which is rare these days. There was no AI agent before talking to a human. They took care of me the next day.
On the spot and fast turnaround time! They did what my regular hvac company wouldn’t do with a kitchen fan and ducting that passed inspections next day.
They were polite and professional and stuck with the job until lt was finished.
Randy is always great to see. He has been our go to guy for all heating and air-conditioning maintenance and repair. Everybody at Randy's have become friends.
Randy and Bentley were both very friendly, and were able to quickly fix my air conditioner. I appreciate that Randy’s philosophy is to fix it when possible instead of jumping to replacing it. He educated me on what to listen for on the furnace.
