I recently had my air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning done by Randy's Home Services, and the whole service was excellent. todd was very nice, polite, and easy to talk to. He cleaned the ductwork, dryer vent, and air vents very thoroughly, explained the process clearly, and went beyond what was promised to make sure everything was working better. It had been a while since we had our dryer vent and air ducts cleaned, so we reached out in the morning and were glad they fit us in the same day. Jay was friendly, on time, and very professional throughout the whole service. He explained the duct cleaning process clearly, made everything easy, and helped improve the airflow in our home. The dryer vent and duct system feel much cleaner now, and we will definitely use this service again.

This is the second time we have used this service. The first visit was for deep cleaning in high-traffic areas, and this time we scheduled air duct cleaning along with cleaning one chair and some busy carpeted areas. We purchased an older home in San Francisco with slab air ducts and ceiling return vents, and it seemed like the ductwork had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a strong odor coming from the vents, so we scheduled a full air duct cleaning service.
