Randy's Home Services did an excellent job with my air duct cleaning. They creatively solved an unusual situation with my furnace. After the cleaning, I've seen a noticeable improvement in how well my furnace works. I needed the coils in my furnace cleaned, and their service was much more affordable compared to what heating companies usually charge, along with the duct cleaning.
Jay arrived right on schedule to clean my air ducts. He was very detailed and explained each step of the cleaning process to me. He also inspected the outside and provided estimates for further improvements to my system. Jay was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even offered helpful advice on some home projects I had in the works. I will absolutely be reaching out again for additional services. He did an outstanding job!
I had to wait over a week for an appointment, and when the technician finally came, they didn’t resolve the issue. Very poor service.

Under a year ago, we settled into our new home in San Francisco and as winter approaches, we wanted to confirm that our heating system's filter was replaced and working properly.
