We have used Randy’s the last few years and they have always been great to work with. This last time they came to service our AC they went above and beyond-as they always have. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

Had a system issue, it struggled to cool the house down. Randy's came in to diagnose the issue within 24 hours and it was determined we needed a complete system. This was on a Friday and by noon on Monday the installation was complete. Couldn't be happier with the crew and the outcome.

Called to get an estimate the lady that answered was rude didn’t even sound friendly my baby was talking so I couldn’t hear so I said hello she repeated herself again with a snobby attitude I will not be using this company I was needing a full replacement I would have been a great customer and brought lots of business get a new secretary!!!!! Will never use this company and hope no one else does either!
