July 7th at noon our furnace caught fire. After the fire dept left I called Randy, he came within 2 hours and assessed the situation and gave quote. Insurance adjuster came Wed afternoon and reviewed all and gave go ahead for repairs. Randy and his crew came Thursday morning, installed both units. Thursday afternoon we are back in the cool. If you need professional work done call Randy and let them take care of your problems. Great job Thank You
It took a few days to get the part the tech said my unit needed. Tech semi repaired my unit. It works good for a couple of days after the tech comes out and then it stops working for 24 hours then it starts working again. Tech says there is nothing wrong with my unit. After the 4 th time coming out to look at my unit they decided they were done and won’t come back to look at it. I won’t be using them again and will not recommend they.
Great team! Very responsive and helpful. Aaron goes above and beyond when he comes out to help with your HVAC. So glad they were referred to me and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
