It took a few days to get the part the tech said my unit needed. Tech semi repaired my unit. It works good for a couple of days after the tech comes out and then it stops working for 24 hours then it starts working again. Tech says there is nothing wrong with my unit. After the 4 th time coming out to look at my unit they decided they were done and won’t come back to look at it. I won’t be using them again and will not recommend they.
Great team! Very responsive and helpful. Aaron goes above and beyond when he comes out to help with your HVAC. So glad they were referred to me and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
Randy fixed us up during the blistering cold!
Ive been using them for years and cant count all the times theyve came out on short notice and taken care of us. My family appreciates the team at Randys
Whoever the lady is at the front desk answering the phone should probably work on her customer service skills. I would hate for it to hinder their business. Just please keep in mind , when customers call it’s for a reason, so please be respectful to others . I don’t know her name unfortunately, just be aware if you call and ask a question - not very friendly.
