Randy fixed us up during the blistering cold!
Ive been using them for years and cant count all the times theyve came out on short notice and taken care of us. My family appreciates the team at Randys
Whoever the lady is at the front desk answering the phone should probably work on her customer service skills. I would hate for it to hinder their business. Just please keep in mind , when customers call it’s for a reason, so please be respectful to others . I don’t know her name unfortunately, just be aware if you call and ask a question - not very friendly.
Great service by Griffin. Unlike Lee and Hiller, he didn't try to sell me a new unit over a couple of minor repairs. I highly suggest these guys!
