Absolutly shameful!!. Randy has no customer service or communication skills. After not returning my calls, I called him for a follow up. He got angry and said he is not doing the job anymore because the part is on order and he "just cant be bothered with it". He then hung up. Thats how you react to a challenging job?. Simple tasks like hammering a nail into a piece of board does not qualify you to be a handyman. I was more dissapointed in his lack of professional communication skills. I would not recommend him.
He does amazing work.
