My son and I stumbled upon Randy’s on our way back to Chicago from Minneapolis. We are big pie enthusiasts, and this place did not let us down. Randy’s has all of the typical diner-type food plus a lot of extras. I had their World Famous Chicken Gizzards. They are the absolute best that I have ever eaten. There is so much to choose from, everyone who goes will leave satisfied, full, and happy. Lastly, they also have some of the friendliest waitstaff that you’ll ever meet. Make sure to save room for the pie.
Been going to Randy's since I was a kid! Love this place. Great food, great staff, had never had bad service even when busy. One of the few places in Eau Claire that has a Gluten Free menu and understand cross contamination. For those with celiacs disease you understand how important this is. Keep up the great work!

My family has been getting take out fish fry ever since I can remember from Randy's (so over 30 years). Tonight, one of the busiest nights for fish fry, they accidentally gave us the wrong order. I didn't even realize it right away because they called me on my drive home before we even realized we got someone else's food. They were so gracious, apologizing and offering to make it right, going out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. I appreciate the food, and the service!
Ok, so everyone has given the reviews on the delicious food and this review is specifically for the homemade baked items, especially the cookies! If you haven't tried the infamous Randy's homemade baked goods, then you are missing out. Nothing better than homemade Chocolate Chip cookies from Randy's. Oh and the Apple Cinnamon bread is another on our top choice too!
Food is good, but service is shoddy. Called to get the special but because I asked for bowl instead of cup of soup they double charge me. Hmm, since it’s the special of the day perhaps the staff could’ve mentioned it! Guess they’re not concerned with customer satisfaction.
For my first time there I enjoyed the food the prices are good and the service is efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone.
