Dale proposed an efficient and cost-effective solution to adding a baseboard heater, with new wiring in finished space, for a basement bedroom. He went beyond the scope of my request to add ceiling fans to circulate and balance the temperature. On installation day, Dale and Gabe we're prompt, courteous, tidy and exuded joy about the project and the quality of the work they perform. I am eager to have them back for future projects!

Poor customer service – I was disappointed with the services provided by Randy's. I thought they were very expensive, and unwilling to work with me to resolve my concerns. They gave me a quote from a laminated list, which was very expensive. The electrician was wrong about what was wrong with my light, but still charged me $250 for what should have just been a service call fee. Randy did not seem to be interested in hearing my concerns or in keeping my business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
