Cashier was extremely rude and donut tasted really old and stale never again
Really delicious donuts for such affordable prices! They have a variety of options of donuts and the staff recommended the BEST donut option, the butter crumb donut. I also got a Texas Glazed donut which was the size of my head. Would recommend a visit and the Butter Crumb donut.
Rude worker refused to make anything on the menu taking my money somewhere elsewhere
I’ve been a loyal fan of Randy’s Donuts for years and always bring friends and out-of-town visitors here because it’s such an LA icon. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my impression. The woman working at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we approached. She gave attitude right away, questioned simple requests, and when we politely asked to separate the order into two bags, she became visibly irritated and refused to do it.
