Woefully unimpressed. Expensive, slow and unfriendly service, and the donuts aren't even that good.
Got a apple fitter for my wife and headed out to the desert, as we got half way there she started to eat the edges, as she got to the middle it was RAW, doughy not cooked. NOT GOOD as you don't want to eat raw dough. We have seen this new location and finally went i needless to say VERY UNHAPPY.
I have seen this new Randy's donuts and finally went un, got apple fritter, SADLY I was very disappointed was eating it and the middle was still raw and doughy. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was expecting crunchy out side edges and cooked inside. Raw doughy in the middle not good.
It’s unfortunate. Randy’s name is what drives you to their location, but it definitely disappoints. When I first walked into the Gilbert location, there were three ladies upfront talking to each other. No one even greeted me. I had to wait for them to finish talking to try to give them my donut order. My four donuts were also stuffed in a bag.
