worst mechanic ever ! brought truck in to get fixed worked on stuff I told them not to work on and charged me because it had to be fixed after they messed with it. told me my truck was fixed on my way home no power, oil just pouring out and truck smoking. never will go back!!
Man I really don’t know where to start at. These guys are the real deal. No lies straight forward about everything they do. They picked my car up with my transmission in my passenger seat. Also my whole car jacked up from my last mechanic that had tried to repair my car. I thought my car was a total loss to be honest. He came out on a Sunday picked my car up. Excellent customer service. We needed a diagnostic on our truck, brought it up to the shop and left an hour later with everything we needed to know. They seem to really care about their customers. We do most of our own work but we’ll be going to Randy’s anytime we’re stumped.
Virgil is top notch and very honest! Trust is something we all need from a shop so check them out.
They did a lot of work on our Cat powered Tiffin Motorhome. Always great service and went above and beyond to ensure our rig was ready for the next road adventure. Mobile service was another great benefit.
Folks at Randy's Diesel Service came to our need at the most critical time. Lone Star Task Force's High water Rescue Truck came into some trouble while performing water rescues in Patton village during Harvey and both Randy and Virgil were there for us to keep our diesel running and chugging along late at night. We could not have done what we did without the help of Randy and Virgil. Top Notch folks.
