Excellent food. I had bacon cheeseburger, pork bbq witg red slaw and because it was our first time, we got banana pudding. Everything was fantastic. They need to be on diners drive ins and dives

Hi. I went there for lunch this past Friday. The service was good, as was the barbecue. The fried fish looked wonderful. The Banana Pudding, however, was a big disappointment. It seemed to be instant type pudding mix with very few actual bananas or vanilla wafers. It looked pretty but was not tasty. Real banana pudding is not that hard to make, other than sometimes finding good bananas.
All around good food and service. Definitely will be going back!
The BEST BBQ I have ever had. I was never a BBQ eater and would order burgers when friends dragged me to BBQ restaurants. But then Randy's opened up in town and I fell in love with their BBQ and family friendly restaurant.
This is the friendliest place I've been in years! It's like stepping back in time to the old diners I remember as a kid. The food is absolutely amazing!

So what can you say about small town America? We had a horrible accident with our high school band Saturday afternoon. So what does Randy and Robin do? Hold a fund raiser for the kids and family's! The town of Troutman came out in support. Thanks Randy, Robin and all staff for making it an awesome event.
We eat at Randy's at least once a week and are never disappointed. Last weekend we hosted about 100 out of town family members of the bride and groom for a large rehearsal dinner. Our guests were from all over the US, many from California and even a few from Colombia, South America. They were not familiar with NC BBQ, hushpuppies or banana pudding.
