Had rear brake pads and rotors installed on December 4th 2019 .Elizabeth was the woman that I spoke to when I made the appointment. When I arrived we had a nice conversation and she was very friendly and courteous. We had a conversation about people leaving reviews online. Went to Grant Street Auto Service for the 1st time today. Kevin was wonderful. Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that the technician was going to do before it was done! The technician noticed that i needed some other work done and before walking out, i had a quote in hand with an unbeatable price.
