I called Randy on Monday and described my washing machine problem. He setup a 9:00 am appointment for Wednesday. He was right on time(impressed), The best report is that he fixed my problem in about 30 minutes. He was fantastic!!!! If you need a repair man, I highly recommend Randy. He was not expensive(50.00) for the service call and 35.00 to fix the problem. I have his number as my main contact for any appliance repair. The Bolingbrook area of Illinois is blessed to have a handyman like Randy :)
I called Randy's appliance repair on Tuesday (June 17 2014) night around 8pm and got a call back about 10 minutes later. Randy said he would be out the next day around noon. To my surprise if you have ever waiting for someone to come to your house Randy pulled up around noon just like he said. I called him to look at my dryer because it was not doing its only job which is to dry my clothes.
