I reached out to Randy to bid a house for me on property I already own. I had a budget in mind and wanted to stick within that. Randy suggested a smaller floor plan, I agreed. I didn’t want some options such as the pellet stove he uses is an off brand not made in the USA and I’d had a lot of problems with in a previous Randy Young home.
