my extreme dissatisfaction with the continued lack of response from your service team regarding the ongoing and unresolved issues with my BMW X5. Despite multiple calls and emails sent over the past few months, I have yet to receive any meaningful follow-up or acknowledgment from either of you or the service center team. What a phenomenal service department at Randy Wise Motor Cars in Grand Blanc!!! We took our vehicle in for repairs after a road incident that required an insurance estimate. Kenny and Chris are the most customer focused service guys we’ve ever seen! They got our car right in to do the estimate and even gave us their direct numbers as we worked through the insurance approval process. Super professional and excellent to work with. Highly recommended!!!
Cannot speak highly enough about Kenny and Chris on the service team. Started taking my BMW M3 here right after I bought it for servicing and these guys have been nothing but phenomenal. They helped me get through some troubles with an insurance company after I had some issues with my car. And we’re immediately there to service it after it was all resolved. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
