My experience with Randy Wise Mercedes service is the ABSOLUTELY WORST experience I've ever had! My designated rep was Andrea Harrington. Worst Customer Rep EVER!! I'd call her and would be lucky IF I got a text message 3 hours later. After my car was there for over 3 weeks, with no satisfaction or response from Andrea. I ended up talking to Colton Richards. This dealership earned our business for being candid, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. John Counts was great to work with. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. He gave us space to look around but took notes on our preferences to help us find the right vehicle.
