Do not believe any of the hype or supposed quality reputation, Randy Wise homes are of no better quality than any other local builders and they refuse to stand by their homes. They hire questionable sub-contractors and will leave you high and dry the minute something goes wrong. We unfortunately inherited one of their “high-end custom home builds” that is less than three years old and we’ve had nothing but issues since day one. Very pleased with the home building experience with Randy Wise. Excellent process from beginning to end.
We just had an issue with our kitchen sink. We had purchased a home in 2021 and we are past our warranty. Andrew took care of this immediately. I give Randy Wise 10 stars !! It was during the Holiday and we are do are so impressed. We are very pleased that they are willing to take care of something that was due to a contractor error. We highly recommend this builder !!
