We just had an issue with our kitchen sink. We had purchased a home in 2021 and we are past our warranty. Andrew took care of this immediately. I give Randy Wise 10 stars !! It was during the Holiday and we are do are so impressed. We are very pleased that they are willing to take care of something that was due to a contractor error. We highly recommend this builder !!

NOV 17 update: Still no change. They still have yet to make any attempt to contact me or work to some kind of agreement. (Throughout this entire process) Such a top notch organization! SIKE. NOV 2 update: Still no word back on the engineer report. They again ignored my personal contact attempts to try to come to some resolution. I also want to make it known, they contacted my UNIT COMMAND (I’m in the Army) early in this process when I left the original review.
