After my local dealership told me they could not get my Jeep in for at least 10 days, I called Randy Wise Jeep of Durand and was able to bring my Jeep in within 2 days. Jay provided excellent communication and fast service at a very reasonable rate. I will gladly travel over 30 minutes to RW of Durand next time we need service.

Called Randy Wise to ask if a vehicle was still in their inventory and Ryan Anderson took my call. He was kind, attentive, responsive, thorough, and most importantly listened to my needs. Despite I was working with a dealer 2 miles away from my home which I could have brought from, I ended up driving 70 miles (one way) because of Ryan’s exceptional service. If only more Sales Consultants were like Ryan, the customer experience would be so much better!

My sales person was Lisa and she was absolutely so kind and patient with me. after purchasing i did find some additional issues with my Jeep and they worked with me every single time. It was to the point they are probably sick of me at this and rolling their eyes when my phone number pops up on their caller ID. lol but they are awesome. 10 out of 10 i recommend. thank you again for an excellent experience!!
