Randy and crew installed a Wiseman propane boiler for us a few years ago, and did a great job. He's helped many happy clients too (I'm a real estate broker). When I saw the bad review I thought I should counter it with my good experiences. Nobody's perfect, but Randy has been top notch every time for me.
Unreliable. Asked for estimate but he never followed through, left us hanging for over a month going into the winter months for a furnace. He wouldn't return our phone calls and lied about sending an estimate by email.
