We are so happy that we found randy & sons carpet cleaning. tracy came to check out our carpets for cleaning and noticed some trouble spots that could get worse if cleaned the wrong way. tracy explained that using the machines on our area rugs might make things worse, and also pointed out mold starting along the baseboards and in some corners. instead of just doing the job to get paid, we were told to hold off on cleaning and remove the carpet first to avoid spreading mold, which really showed that the company cares about cu... read more
