This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I had to hire another company to fix my ac I was actually scared how unprofessional this man was Randall or whatever his name is unfortunately, I lost money dealing with this man very unprofessional talk over you. Horrible customer service! No show then when they did show work was not done properly and left toilet inoperable and had to hire and independent contractor to come out and finish the job. Randy left while I was on the phone after only being there for literally 2 mins! Very unprofessional! Had to schedule 3 times just to get service done only to not have it done properly! Don’t use.

Randy greeted me with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. He quickly identified the problem with the A/C and fixed it. He knows his stuff and I will call on him in the future. He was sent by my home warranty company and the communication was timely.
