I paid Randy's Automotive and Transmission $2000 to rebuild the transmission in my truck on March 19th, 2019. When I picked my truck up 2 days later the transmission was still shifting hard between 3rd and 4th gear and downshifting as welI. I have taken it back a few times for them to fix it, but each time I get it back, its no different and continues to shift hard between 3rd and 4th gear and sometimes gets stuck in 3rd gear.
