Randy assisted my brother in selling his home with a reverse mortgage. He and his team made a very complicated situation run smoothly and efficiently.
we worked with Randy in selling our house in dana point. house was listed by his team in August and the sales was competed in November. Randy was transparent, straightforward and fair. most of all, he is skilled in managing expectations in a rather unique market environment. we highly recommend Randy and if/when we return to Orange County, we would most definitely work with Randy again.
