I do not recommend this firm. They billed for work that was never performed and have a poor approach to customer service.
Worst plumbing company i have ever used. Very unprofessional and late to the job. Young kiddos Braun and Dean were the worst to come do the job. Clowned around too much and messed up my pipes!
Randy Mask plumbing and Cobo drain lining just finished relining my drain system and repaired a leak in the wall in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the work and the service they provided. The tech's worked hard and all my issue's with cracked and collapsed pipes are now behind me. They will be my go to guy's for any further work in the future. I highly recommend them.
I had an appointment for quote to get pipes lined. No call, no show. I called after waiting an hour and was immediately put on hold and then never answered. If they can't do something as simple as show up on time, they probably can't do anything else.
