Responsible for 3 New Subaru sales here. Paid to service my wife's car for 11 years. At first it was small red flags like, someone failed to put the plastic cover back over the engine top at a service (gone forever) and 2 oil changes ago, they changed the cabin filter. Next oil change they asked to do it again. Reminded them they did that last oil change, withdrew the recommendation. Intermittent Eye-Sight error, they said the seat harness/module was bad.
