We were connected with Rico and couldn't have had a better experience. He knows these vehicles well and he was so enjoyable to chat with. We purchased a 2024 Bronco from him and drove an hour to do so (although we had a dealership much closer) because he was excellent. So I drove an hour to this place with all intentions of purchasing this vehicle. They quoted me the same price on three different occasions but this time they hoodoed me twice then on thr final time after about walking out twice he came back with a complete different price that was a thousand dollars higher. I will never step foot back in. This place and would hope no one else will either

Bought a 2021 Subaru STI and was told the car was inspected fully. it was not. Got it home to rotate the tires and found one of the rims was very bent. it was also clear that the wheels were not even removed off the car for the "inspection" because one of the lug bolts was stripped and broke. I have tried to get a hold of someone to see if there was any more information and Cade the manager just blamed me, even though the photos were taken 5 hours after purchasing the car. I had an incredible experience at this dealership working with Carleigh over the phone and in person at the dealership. She helped me find the F150 that met all my needs. The overall experience at this dealership made it worth the 2hr drive to look at and purchase this truck.

Kept giving us the run around. We made it clear we had a set price/budget and were shown more expensive cars. Found the car we wanted. Waited twice- way beyond time needed to get a “price” from manager. Did not match our price. We bought from another dealer. And then got message that our price would have been matched. Should have matched it from the get-go! Communication was not impressive.
