Just purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette from Randy Marion Statesville and it was a great experience! Went in for an oil change and fuel filter on my duramax. Was told by the service guy it was $255 which I figured sounded right. Truck got done and they told me it was over $400!!! Didn’t mention the $175 labor charge and environmental fee on top of that. Pretty disappointing to say the least considering I bought all the OEM parts from Oreilly’s for $117. 10/10 do not recommend.

From start to finish, Liz was incredibly patient—after about 2.5 to 3 weeks of communication, she never once rushed me and worked hard to get my deal moving. When I arrived, Alison in Finance had everything ready to go, including my paperwork and truck. I was in and out in under an hour. I’m very pleased with the service I received.
