I always take my car to Statesville for service. They do a great job and are efficient and you are not waiting for service or or the completion of service.
I was recently in a terrible wreck and was an anxious to drive a car again. I came to this location to try out a few cars to see what I felt the most comfortable in and told the dealer straight up that I would be testing cars out first and did NOT want to be pressured or hurried while I was looking. Cue Scott. Scott was extremely patient with me and never once tried to pressure me to speed up the process and chatted up my husband while I was in and out of cars. Went in on a random Thursday and left in a brand new 2026 car. Couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience. Scott Troy was my sales man and Allison took care of all my finance paperwork. Phenomenal dealership and very highly recommended.
Poor phone service- Dumb AI called Bot that is of no help at all then the ai bot finally transfers to the WRONG DEPARTMENT- who than has to transfer you AGAIN!
