Had my truck at the shop twice to figure out what was going on with my transmission. First time they said they couldn’t find anything wrong in the second time they claimed it was a wiring harness. After a costly repair of $2100 with $960 being out of pocket, I ended up two hours later with the same problem that I took the truck to the shop for.
We left this place absolutely dumbfounded..... they didn't ask our name, didn't shake our hand, didn't even TRY to sell the $75,000 truck we went to look at. We walked inside while the salesperson was asking the sales manager the bottom dollar for this truck, and everyone in there was playing on their phone and not 1 person asked if we needed help as we walked around looking at the Corvettes.
