RecommendedThis was my best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. It started with Sumner the sales person who not only had excellent product knowledge but was very personable and has a great method of selling. His attention to detail from greeting to deliver as nothing short of awesome. There was no pressure from anyone through the whole buying experience. The General Manager and Damon Martin in finance were the best I have ever dealt with. Randy Marion will get our repeat business from now on.
Bought a new Canyon in 2016 with extended warranty. Replaced the bed cover this year and replaced a wheel that I damaged, all under warranty, no hassle, no charge! Bed cover was $1200 and the wheel was $500. Excellent service!

Have your employees stand by they're mistakes. I made an appointment via phone call to Huntersville for service and talked to a white male. I wont say his name. When I got to service I was told by service specialist that I was not on the schedule.I drove from Charlotte, NC All they said was SORRY.
Excellent experience. Easy to deal with. I did a lot of research and got by far the best price at Randy Marion.
They claimed my truck had a leak and would not pass it for inspection. I took it to 2 separate mechanics and they both said there was no leak. Took my truck back and they would look at it and just said they wouldn't pass it. They were mad because I wouldn't pay for repairs that weren't needed. Took it somewhere else and had no problem.
