I have known Randy for many years. Never thought to ask him what business he was in. When I was up against a deadline to get my roof replaced, he came through for me. His crew was outstanding and completed the job in one day. They then came back the next day to pick up anything they missed. Company provide an honest assessment of my roofing situation and gave a fair price far below others. Randy worked with me on install dates and to my surprise contacted me and indicated that we wanted to have the property completed before hurricane Dorian arrived. In 2 days the job was complete. He then telephoned and indicated that payment could wait until all storm issues were over. What customer service. I found Randy Leitner Roofing Inc. on Angie's List. From the very first conversation I knew this was the company that I wanted to use. He was able to look up information online and after asking a few questions was able to send me an estimate. He told me that he wasn't a sales man, I appreciated that. I don't need anyone trying to "talk" me into anything. My husband wanted other options to consider.
