Absolutely the worst medical office. They called me six weeks ago with the wrong appointment time I showed up the receptionist is the most rude Lady who rolls her eyes tells me I miss my appointment and says you can come back in two months horrible horrible horrible establishment. It’s gross and dirty and hot inside.
I waited many months for an appointment. They made me wait for my consultation; I checked in at 2:30, but I wasn't seen until after 3:40. I don't understand—if they don't want to work, why don't they just spare us the wasted time? I find it so disrespectful to the patient. Yet, if you arrive just 10 minutes late, they want to make you reschedule for another three months down the road.
I did visit dermatologist doctor but more than comfort with Dr Randy can't find lot of people posting not good things about the office but I did see otherwise nice and clean good staff and waiting time not a big deal to wait if he's not that good then why too many patients there He help my mom no other Dr did so five start not good enough I give him 10 stars Honestly I recommend Dr Randy with confidence.
Met with Dr. Jacobs for the first time today after being referred by my PCP for a suspicious mole. Turns out it was nothing and not only did the Dr. give me a clean bill of health, he took time to check me all over and spent some of his valuable time to share helpful information. Staff was great too!
Very personable. Dr. and nurses explained all details every step of the way. Almost pain free. Thy were willing to numb me more but it was minor pain. Very impressed with how well the office staff is happy an everyone works in harmony with each orher.
