After making an appointment two weeks in advance and filling out their forms electronically and confirming an appointment three times. I drove to Temecula 15 miles away, sat in the waiting room for 55 minutes without anybody acknowledging me. When I approached the desk and asked them they told me that she was with another patient. Absolutely horrible service, my husband had skin tags removed and one got infected and the doctor brushed it off as normal. I'm also highly sad because l left my Stanley cup with water and they threw it away., Doctor said the cleaning crew threw, but his cleaning is his staff, he did not take responsibility for my cup getting tossed. Office is older and very busy, if you have good insurance go somewhere else in Temecula, we are. Disappointed patient
Wow! I was very impressed with this office and doctor! I brought a client here and everyone was so nice and I love dr Jacobs. So down to earth and knowledgeable. I will come here myself if I need a dermatologist.
This doctor is rushed. He does not listen and does not provide complete information. The front desk was not helpful and literally shrugged when I asked a question. We weren't given a diagnosis or explanation of the prescription and whether it is meant to replace existing meds. I was encouraged to book another appointment if I had questions. What? Why? When I pushed, his staff told me yes, stop using the other meds and switch to this prescription. However, when I talked to the pharmacist he said that the new meds must be used... read more
