Wow! I was very impressed with this office and doctor! I brought a client here and everyone was so nice and I love dr Jacobs. So down to earth and knowledgeable. I will come here myself if I need a dermatologist.
This doctor is rushed. He does not listen and does not provide complete information. The front desk was not helpful and literally shrugged when I asked a question. We weren't given a diagnosis or explanation of the prescription and whether it is meant to replace existing meds. I was encouraged to book another appointment if I had questions. What? Why? When I pushed, his staff told me yes, stop using the other meds and switch to this prescription. However, when I talked to the pharmacist he said that the new meds must be used... read more

Well, I’ve known Dr Jacobs for quite a while. I have only seen him once but many many years ago. I went to his Temecula office last year only to wait an hour plus and left the office. I tried to go again today, which is about a year later to have him look at something on my back I made the appointment at 10:15 when I arrived she said he was already running behind.
