I’m extremely disappointed in the care we received by Dr. Geldmacher and the entire staff. My daughter sustained a life threatening cut to an artery during a routine endoscopy. I understand that mistakes/ accidents can happen during any procedure but the care or lack of care after the fact was the most sickening part. I called and left two messages with people that said a nurse would call me back in 10 minutes, but 3 hours later I finally got a call back and at that point had already taken her in to a different ER.
