My transmission went out on my MiniVan. could not find a replacement or repair within my budget anywhere, till I called Randy. The lovely lady that works there got busy on the phone and found one and with the labor of taking out the old one and putting in the replacement was under what I could pay. I paid 1/2 up front and the rest when work was completed (cash). My intent was to sell the van, but it runs so good, I am still driving it a year later and it now has over 200 thousand miles... Great shop! Car was ready when promised, service was performed as described, and I haven't had any problems since. Looks like any transmission shop that I've seen before, not like any Midas or Tuffy-type chain. Didn't try to steer me to anything I didn't need or do anything I didn't want, either. Highly recommend for transmission service. So the counter clerk doesn't act like a jewelry salesperson - I'm not there to buy a diamond. I just want my car fixed.
