Simply the best! Took care of a deep key mark on my new car. Could have taken it back to the dealer, but I had seen their facility and it is impressive. That plus Randy & Bob's reputation helped make my decison. My car looks new again. Also, I like the fact that Randy & Bob's supports the community. Their logo is on the registration forms for Reality Tour - a family drug prevention program - this business truly cares.
Unfortunately I have been there 3 times over the past 6 months to have my car repaired due to getting rear ended on two different occasions and hitting a black bear. I also had another vehicle there a few years ago due to a deer strike. Jeff and Sara have been fantastic to deal with for everything and have gone out of their way to help me get my car fixed. Great service and excellent and friendly staff! Very comfortable waiting area.
We took our pickup in to get some insurance work done and decided to get an est on our rocker panels they quoted us a price then started them and more then doubled the price then they ripped the paint off our bed and told us it was our problem and when we got it back they fixed the bed with a fun spot in the paint

I have been going to Randy and Bob's almost from when they first opened, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I once tried another business some time ago and was sorry. Their friendly approach, thorough/meticulous work, and quality facility make them an outstanding value. Try them and you'll agree.
Have had my car there three different times and it still isn't right. They claimed they lost my list of what was wrong and that it wasn't their fault that my hood was crooked.
