Finding a reliable maintenance company used to be an absolute nightmare for our commercial facility. We desperately needed someone who could tackle both pressure washing and tall glass panes without disrupting our daily operations. They came in and executed the entire project so quietly and efficiently that my staff barely noticed their presence. I felt a huge wave of relief seeing the building sparkle under the sunlight after they wrapped up. It is incredibly hard to find tradesmen who care deeply about the little details l... read more
It has been years since the glass panes on my house looked this pristine. I was genuinely shocked by how much natural light flooded my living room after they finished the job. The crew removed layers of hard water stains and city pollution that had baked onto the surface for months. Every single screen was detached and scrubbed until it looked practically brand new. Living in a historic place with original wood frames makes you really nervous to hire random contractors. you cant just blast these old 1920s windows with high pressure water or the fragile glazing putty literally falls apart. tried cleaning the second story windows last spring with a ladder and a hose and it was a total disaster. i ended up just pushing wet dirt around the glass and nearly fell into my bushes. called this company to fix my mess this year. they brought out this long carbon pole system that washes it right from the ground using purified water. much safer and it dried completely clear without those annoying water spots i always leave behind. definitely hanging up the ladder for good.
running a small boutique downtown means the front display windows get gross fast from the traffic and street dust. we used to spray them down ourselves every morning but it always left smear marks when the sun hit it at noon. hired this team to come by twice a month and it takes a lot of stress off us. they show up right before we open, set up their gear, and the glass is always perfectly clear. its a small detail but it makes the clothes in the window pop a lot more.
