I went to get a physical on August 31ST. I never heard back from them for my results. I called the office on the morning of September 16th and was told it seems like the lab never sent back my results and they would give me a call back. That call back never came. I reached out again on the morning of Sept 20th. They said base on their notes I doesn't show that I did any blood work (Keep in mind I came in for my annual physical and as we all know blood work is Physical 101).
