They told me that my video call for my interview was 11:00 a.m. I got on at 11:00 a.m. then I got an email saying 2 hours till your interview right at 11:00 a.m. . So I logged off about 11: 05 . Then 15 minutes late I gain email saying I miss my video call. It's so hard to get a hold of someone .

I had a video interview scheduled with this company and joined at the scheduled time. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up, called, emailed, or sent any kind of notice that the interview was delayed or canceled. I am actively interviewing with other employers, and that was time I could have used for another opportunity. I understand that things come up, but basic communication and respect for a candidate’s time should be expected during the hiring process. I tried the app, unfortunately it was all AI asking you to submit your ID and saying that your background check is complete. I wish I couldn't have done that as my status remains stalled on the app (and the website), but once I called, Allie took over and was amazing. She is professional, takes the time to listen, and really tries to find the best fit. Highly recommend working with her!
