I spent 2 months checking out roofing companies. By far the best price and the best product was with Gary Rands. He personally came to my house and got on the roof to give me a bid. (Some companies used Google Earth to look at my roof!) Gary’s price was more than competitive. He took the time to answer numerous phone calls, text messages and emails. His crew were amazing! Don't hire these guys seriously. They over shot the deadline by three months. Left nails in the drive way shingles all over the yard they only work maby two hours a day. Ridiculous spend your money somewhere else.
I've called 4 times and left messages on the business and their personal cell phones. I've even text them. I have heard nothing back at all. I just want a bid for a roof replacement. Reading several reviews it sounds like this is a re-occurring issue. What happens if I spend all this money and I need them to follow-up with something? Will they ignore me then too?
