I purchased a car at Rands Auto 8 months ago and I just found out that the car is branded. During the purchase process, not once i was told that this car was branded. I even asked why they had 2 of the same car, the same model and year for sale, and I was told that the clients traded in for another vehicle. When I called them to discuss the matter they said that I signed a document that confirms that the car was branded. It was the last page of a 19-page document. Whatever you do if you choose to go to Rand’s for your car buying experience, use Cayden for your salesman. Many of my family members have purchased cars from Rand’s and it has been a great experience. Then we happened upon Corbin. He must be related. He can act any way he wants and treat the 19 year old who has saved thousands of dollars to purchase her first car like, she is stupid. No apology or anything from Corbin. I had a very good experience with this company. I worked with Al Barlow. My previous car needed a new transmission, so I had to find something quickly. Al took care of everything. He found me the perfect car, fitting my needs perfectly. He even spent time instructing me on all of the new gadgets. I love the car! Rand's had an excellent price. The car is like new--very low mileage. I loved my experience and now my new car!
They don't act like Car Salesmen!
Found exactly the car I wanted. Eliza worked with me when I had to reschedule and they were ready when I arrived. Mike was great and they have experience with financing through USAA, so it was a very easy, painless process. They have lots of great cars to choose from. I also got more for trade in than I was expecting, so that was an added bonus.
