Deserves 0 stars. Management is terrible. Roaches everywhere. They sneak fee’s into your rent add random charges on your rent. Place is full of coke heads
I've been living here for 6 months and things have been improving. The apartment itself constantly needs maintenance and I have to stay on top of my maintenance orders in order to get anything fixed. Know your rights while living here, because they don't want to see you succeed. Roaches are living rent free in my apartment and I don't see why because I clean every night before bed and every Saturday we detail clean. You think because you respond to these things with a generic "agree to disagree" messages and then give a number to call you so that you can ignore the problem more is going to satisfy ANY ONE OF THESE HUNDREDS OF BAD REVIEWS??? You are a horrible company who has more turnover than anyone can keep up with and a trash property that is against several health code and city code violations!
Would somebody be able to let me know why I’m being charged twice for a utility bill last month and then have the nerve to call or reach out talking about a past due balance when I’m being charged over $100 for water at this property. The assistant Property Manager is really good but the Property Manager I’m not really too fond of her. She always just tries to brush off my issue and brush it to the side. This has to be the worst managed place I have ever lived at in my life!!! ☠️☠️They do nothing but charge 💸💸you for anything and everything🤯. They charge you $12.00 a month if you don't have renters insurance then they charge you 3 dollars to pay it on there app🤦♂️None of the apartments have been renovated since they were built in the 80s they have been band-aided just enough to rent.... not to mention roaches everywhere...wall papers been painted over and over again.... apparently white caulk will fix anything or hide i... read more
