Will, somebody from the corporate office be able to give me a call. I’ve been a long time paying tenant for two years now and I’m going on my third year. My apartment is in great condition as I am in property management myself so most of the times I get my own things fixed in my apartment. Now that I am coming up for a renewal again, I have asked for a Carpet clean. Last year I asked for a Carpet clean, which I was promised, but never received and I still signed the renewal. Police and fire are here every weekend, bugs in the units, and broken down cars in the lots. If I could give a 0 star review I would, just ridiculous.
