Their creations are amazing but communication lacks. Called several times, no response, next to no open shop hours to stop in and talk to someone and email responses were extremely slow. Doesn't leave much time for planning. Once I received a pictures and estimate, two emails later, I was told some of the things in the picture were not included :(
Random Acts of Sweetness did our small wedding cake and cupcakes for our guests. Not only were they beautiful, they were delicious! Our guests raved about them and almost everyone left with one as well! Thank you for making our event exactly what we hoped for!
R.A.O.S. created some absolutely amazing angel food cupcakes for my wife's birthday. They were a real treat. You will not be disappointed:)
I just have to say that the cupcakes made here are so mouth watering! Yummmm
While your product is very good I find customer service to be lacking. I have tried on two occasions over the past 6 months to get someone to call me back about placing an order. I never received a call back either time, I will not try again. There are other bakeries out there that can use the business.
Great product, even better service. From custom orders to daily offerings everything is always amazing.
