Chris was up in our face / texting threatening and accusing us of all sorts of things including not paying the bill two days after we received it. He remembered the job was finished two months previously but failed to acknowledge or remember that we didn’t receive a bill for over two months. Being an employee as a lawn maintance requires hard work. Most employees take on such employment thinking it will be an easy job. Employee do have to work in the blazing hot sun and work exceptionally hard to make customers happy. Randolph demands this from employees and pays employees for the service they provide to thier customers. Company treats employees terrible. Pays what is felt as right, leaving employee feeling like they work for nothing. Lowers pay for holiday season. Good for company, bad for employees.
