I used to live there and I liked it!
For the first year I couldn’t ask for a better place to live, but after that the place has went down hill I am always on time with my rent and haven’t caused any problems with anyone and I still constantly get harassed by the office even though they say I’m one of there better tenants. Currently looking for a new place, if your a blue collar person that works everyday and not a bum I highly do not recommend.
If there were an option for zero or negative. This is one place that would certainly earn a severely negative number. If you are disabled and or have a hearing impairment or anyone I strongly recommend looking elsewhere or even pitch a tent in a field somewhere before moving into this miserable place. You will definitely regret it if you do. They try illegal eviction under false pretenses and just make it nearly unbearable until you go. If you choose to move to this place.
