Charged me $175. for "water leak investigation" then another $275. to fix it for a total of $450 to replace a gasket. Would not apply "investigation" fee to repair and also, won't accept a credit card but then harasses you for payment within hours of the job. Used by Cagan management.
Last week Sinan fixed an ongoing leak from my upstairs neighbors shower which was leaking into my ceiling below. Today he came out because Our condo building has a lot of old pipes and recently the air conditioning condensing drain and pipes got clogged causing both a flood in my hvac closet and a downpour through my neighbors ceiling below.
