I do not recommend these apts due to poor management. I have lived here over 4 years and have moved 3 times within the complex. Office management has changed 4 times just in the last 8 months; they have all been rude and unresponsive to complaints. They are slow to make repairs; the repairs are temporary and sometimes cause more problems. The a/c in my last apartment has been repaired at least 4 times since last august and as I write this, is not working. One repair was done so badly that it created a fire hazard. not good business ethics from this place – we have been here unfortunately for way way too long, we have been here for the past two owners and have to say the least been very dissatitisfied with the current management... norma has been ruling these apartments with "gestapo" tactics and we and others have filed for a lawsuit in regards to harrasment and oppression. there is a petition going around along with records showing and proving tyranny, favoritism, and nepatism... there are many other things to get into but i do not w... read more
Horrible – These would have to be the worst apartments on pat booker. The office people are extremely incompetent, i don't know if it's because they don't speak English or what but they can not understand simple questions or provide you with adequate information. nina makes it practically impossible to rent. i wouldn't suggest wasting your time with this as i did it might be cheap but the hassle is in no way worth it.
