Every time I walk on the property, I am greeted by friendly faces! The service that they provide, the appreciation for their tenants, and professionalism is top-notch. I’d like to personally recognize Brittney the property manager for always quick responding and problem solving. Josh, the Maintenance Supervisor for always being on top of every turn in every unit! He helps get everything to the finish line! Indira for always being super helpful and knowledgeable. A top notch team that’s needed in this industry!
I've had a great experience at Randolph Park, and one of the biggest reasons is the professionalism of the office staff. I’m giving Randolph Park Apartments 5 stars! The apartments are not only affordable and SPACIOUS But also the community is very safe! The property managers are both very sweet and genuine! Brittney really cares about each and everyone of her residents along with her assistant they both are always so respectful and kind! I had a wonderful experience living at Randolph Park Apartments! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and located in a great part of Charlotte with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. My apartment was spacious. I especially loved the prices for the area it is located in. The management team was always professional, responsive, and friendly.
